Ateng explained that this initiative is part of the company's sustainability strategy in strengthening the economic empowerment of vulnerable groups, especially people with disabilities.

"Empowering the disabled group is an important part of creating equitable and inclusive development," he said.

He added that Bank Jakarta will continue to encourage collaboration with various stakeholders to build an ecosystem that supports the improvement of skills, access to work, and economic independence for people with disabilities.

"At the momentum of Bank Jakarta's 65th anniversary, we want to share wider benefits. This support is a form of our concern for disabled friends to have better access to training, skills, and opportunities to be independent," said Ateng.

YaSDI's founding chairman Suty Karno appreciated the support and assessed that the assistance provided would strengthen the training capacity and expand the impact of the empowerment program.

As an institution that focuses on disability issues, YaSDI actively carries out job training, advocacy, and social activities to create a more inclusive environment in Indonesia.
