Hailey Bieber's Healthy Lifestyle, Stay Slim Without Torturing Yourself
JAKARTA - Behind his always fresh appearance and slim body, Hailey Bieber turns out to have a fairly disciplined lifestyle, but still flexible.
Interestingly, Justin Bieber's wife does not completely restrain herself from good food. The key is in the balance between a healthy diet and a consistent exercise routine.
Hailey applies the principle of eating three meals a day with a balanced menu. This was revealed in his interview with ELLE.
"On a normal day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, a kind of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually a salad, fish, grilled vegetables, or maybe a sandwich," said the mother of one, quoted from the Beauty Crew page.
He is also quite selective about gluten intake.
"I don't eat a lot of gluten so I try to be selective. I love kale Caesar salad, but without the croutons," he added.
For dinner, the choice is not much different, still light and nutritious. Hailey prefers to cook at home so that she knows exactly what ingredients are consumed.
"We often roast a lot of things like steak, vegetables, grilled corn directly on the grill. Honestly, the food tastes different at home because it's so fresh," Hailey said.
The 29-year-old woman also had a pescetarian diet, which avoids meat other than fish.
"I've completely stopped eating meat (other than fish) and am eating more vegetarian/vegan food. I've never felt better," he concluded.
In terms of sugar, Hailey admitted that he still limited it even though he didn't completely avoid it.
"I try to avoid sugar. But sometimes I eat dessert, I like Magnum ice cream," he added.
One thing Hailey never misses is drinking water regularly.
"Drinking a lot of water helps a lot. I try to drink a few bottles throughout the day," he said.
Although known to be disciplined, Hailey does not forbid himself from enjoying his favorite food.
"Cheat day for me, whatever I want first, I'll eat. If you want pancakes, I'll eat pancakes. If you want a burger or French fries, yes I eat," he said.
This approach makes his life pattern feel more realistic and not torturous.
In addition to maintaining a diet, Hailey also regularly exercises. Pilates is his mainstay because of his background as a ballet dancer.
"Pilates makes my body in the best shape because the movements lengthen the muscles. Many of the movements are similar to dancing," he said.
He also likes hot Pilates and yoga for maximum results.
"When the class is hot, the muscles are more flexible and easier to stretch. You come out with sweat dripping, and that's good for the skin," he explained.
Not only that, Hailey also added exercise variations such as boxing, cardio, and weight lifting several times a week.
"Exercise keeps my mind and body healthy," she told Women's Health.
From Hailey Bieber's lifestyle, it is seen that the secret to a slim body is not just a strict diet or extreme exercise. The combination of a balanced diet, regular exercise, and still giving room to enjoy life is the key.
