FFWS SEA 2026 Spring Tournament Begins, 5 Indonesian Teams Ready to Compete for the Championship
Garena officially held the Free Fire World Series Southeast Asia (FFWS SEA) 2026 Spring. This tournament brings together the 18 best teams from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Five Indonesian representatives, namely Bigetron by Vitality, RRQ Kazu, EVOS Divine, ONIC, and Shadow Esports, are ready to start their fight to secure a place in the Grand Finals.
The FFWS SEA 2026 Spring series begins with the Knockout round which takes place from April 24 to May 17, 2026. From this phase, the 12 best teams will qualify for the Grand Finals which will be held offline on May 30-31, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The eight best teams from the Grand Finals will secure a ticket to the 2026 Esports World Cup, along with EVOS Divine who have already qualified as the defending champions of the 2025 EWC.
The first week of the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring will feature 12 teams from Group A and Group B, including two Indonesian representatives, Bigetron by Vitality and RRQ Kazu.
FFWS SEA 2026 Spring itself comes with a shorter and more competitive Knockout format. If previously it lasted for six weeks, now the Knockout round is held in four weeks.
In the first two weeks, all teams will compete according to the group division and collect points to determine the running standings.
Entering the third week, six Grand Finals tickets will be secured early by the best teams from the daily standings. The fourth week then becomes the final determination to compete for the next six Grand Finals slots.
Five Indonesian teams came to this season with different stories, but their goals are the same. Bigetron by Vitality wants to rise to the class to be a title challenger. RRQ Kazu wants to complete their steps to take the throne as the real king.
EVOS Divine wants to prove that they are still hungry after becoming world champions. ONIC wants to return to their best form. Shadow Esports wants to write a new story as a debutant who does not come just to pass.
The fight starts today, and every match in the first week will be the first step to determine who is the most ready to keep the champion alive until the Grand Finals and bring home the title of the best team to the country.
