Ahead of the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, GAC Showcases Three Flagship Models
JAKARTA - GAC presents a series of technological innovations on its vehicle line and as part of the series leading up to the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, this Chinese manufacturer presents three main models, namely AION N60, AION i60, and Hyptec HL.
The presence of the AION N60 represents a smart electric vehicle that integrates advanced sensor technology such as LiDAR and 4D Radar to support driving safety.
Meanwhile, the AION i60 comes as a Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) SUV solution that offers total mileage flexibility of up to 1,240 km, making it the ideal choice for those who need energy efficiency without worrying about distance limits.
Complementing the line, the Hyptec HL comes as a performance-oriented premium electric vehicle from the high-end GAC line. This large family SUV features 800V 5C super fast charging technology and a pure electric range of 750 km.
For those with Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) technology, it can travel up to more than 1,200 kilometers. This car combines a futuristic design approach with high-end technical specifications that make it a new standard in the luxury segment.
GAC Indonesia's Product and Strategy, Iqbal Taufiqurrahman, revealed that the company wants to show that GAC product development is specifically designed to meet the needs of diverse users.
"Starting from electric vehicles for daily mobility, practical family SUVs, to high-performance premium lines, all of which are developed with a very relevant approach to market characters such as Indonesia," said Iqbal Taufiqurrahman, in an official statement received, Friday, April 24.
GAC emphasizes the strength of its portfolio as a global automotive group that is able to provide a variety of mobility solutions through an integrated multi-brand approach.
This opens up opportunities for GAC Indonesia to present a wider range of products that are in line with domestic needs, ranging from family vehicles, urban SUVs, to advanced electrification-based mobility solutions.
