Lintasarta Officially Appoints Armand Hermawan as New CEO

JAKARTA - Lintasarta announced the appointment of Armand Hermawan as the company's new President Director & Chief Executive Officer, replacing Bayu Hanantasena who has ended his term.

In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Thursday, April 23, Lintasarta also appointed Hendra Lesmana as Director & Chief Commercial Officer.

This change is a strategic step for the company to ensure leadership continuity while strengthening business execution in the midst of accelerating digital transformation and the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Armand Hermawan, conveyed his commitment to continue the momentum of the company's transformation. "Lintasarta has a strong foundation as a provider of digital and AI solutions. In the future, we will strengthen business execution by integrating the 4C Services capabilities as an end-to-end ecosystem," said Armand.

Armand Hermawan has more than 25 years of experience in various strategic sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure financing, and digital transformation.

Before joining Lintasarta, he served as President Director & CEO of Artajasa and has held a number of strategic positions at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Angkasa Pura II, and PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero).

As a Beyond AI Factory under the auspices of the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) Group, Lintasarta will continue to strengthen its role in encouraging the adoption of AI in Indonesia through integrated solutions, capacity building, and cross-sector collaboration.

This leadership change is expected to further strengthen Lintasarta's position in providing reliable, secure, and scalable digital solutions, as well as supporting the sustainable growth of the national digital ecosystem.
