Regarding The Hunt For Harun Masiku, The Police Say There Is No Significant Information

JAKARTA - The National Police said they had not received any significant information regarding the whereabouts of Harun Masiku. Including the witnesses and the investigation carried out.

"Until now, there is no (information)," said Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono to reporters, Monday, June 7.

In addition, when asked about the tracking of Harun Masiku through the cellphone used, Rusdi said that he had not yet received any results. Because, if the cellphone that Harun Masiku had used was no longer active, it would be useless, continued Rusdi.

"If you don't use your cellphone, you won't find out," he said.

Apart from that, Rusdi stressed that the National Police would help the KPK find the whereabouts of Harun Masiku. But so far there has been no significant development.

"What is clear is that the Police are helping anyone, including the KPK. When they asked for help looking for Harun Masiku, the Police helped. Now it's still being investigated," he said.

Harun Masiku is a fugitive in the alleged bribery case for interim replacement (PAW) of the DPR. Harun has been named a suspect by the KPK since January 9, 2020.
