Geger, Alleged Scandal of an Affair of a Senior at One of the Campus in Jakarta Goes Viral on TikTok

JAKARTA - The scandal of an alleged affair that dragged one of the most famous private universities in East Jakarta suddenly went viral on the TikTok social media account named @awselingkuhhh and @awselingkuh on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

The alleged affair involved MSC, who is a graduate of a private university in East Jakarta with the former dean of the campus with the initials TYC. The act is alleged to have occurred in 2025.

As a result of the alleged affair, MSC was said to have received the honorific title of Cum Laude upon graduation and graduation in November 2025.

In the viral account's post, it is stated that MCS not only cheated on the dean, but also on one of the students of the same generation who had a married wife with the initials TS.

One student of the MCS campus, with the initials TR, said that during her studies at the campus, the woman was not academically prominent.

"We question how a student while studying at the campus is not too prominent academically but can achieve the title of Cum Laude?" he said in a statement received, Thursday, April 23, 2026.

According to TR, the campus must immediately take steps to clarify the granting of the Cum Laude predicate to MCS. He also asked the campus to provide transparency in issues circulating in the public space.

"We urge for immediate clarification, transparency and internal audit of the granting of the Cum Laude predicate," he said.

He hopes that the campus will immediately provide information so that it does not become a wild ball and slander. The purpose of the clarification was admitted by TR in order to maintain the good name of his campus and the public's trust in the transparency of campus assessments.

"So that students who are successful are not affected. This is also for the public to believe that the predicate Cum Laude is not obtained from closeness, influence or personal relationships," he said.

Meanwhile, the media crew has tried to contact the campus through one of the rectors with the initials AS. But he said that since 2023 he had retired from the campus.

"I don't follow the issue, I'm sorry I don't have (the rector's phone number)," he said.

The media also contacted the number listed on the website as the Marketing and Public Relations Agency of the campus.

"Afternoon, what is the issue, sir?" he asked again. After being given an explanation about the issue that was circulating, the number did not respond again and when called it was rejected.
