Create a Comfortable Learning Ecosystem, PERURI Provides Education Assistance for Puri Artha Karawang Foundation

JAKARTA - As a form of real commitment in supporting the improvement of human resources quality through the education sector, PERURI through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program provides assistance for educational facilities and infrastructure to the Puri Artha Foundation. This assistance includes various levels of education, ranging from Early Childhood Education (PAUD) to the First Middle Level and Religious Education.

The handover of assistance was symbolically carried out by Yahdi Lil Ihsan as Coordinator of Corporate Communication & TJSL PERURI to representatives of each beneficiary. This procession was witnessed directly by Suhadak Bahariawan, Chairman of the Puri Artha Foundation, at the Puri Artha Elementary School Hall, Telukjambe, Karawang, on Wednesday, April 22.

PERURI distributes various basic needs at schools under the auspices of the Puri Artha Foundation, including:

- Early Childhood Education Sector: Assistance for learning facilities and infrastructure improvements for KB Mawar VII, improvement of the library room and toilet of TK Teruna Ria, and improvement of the ceiling of the classroom of TK Teruna Ria II. - Basic and Secondary Education Sector: Sanitation assistance in the form of drilling water wells at SD Puri Artha, as well as assistance for learning facilities and infrastructure improvements for SMP Puri Artha. - Religious Education and General Facilities Sector: Assistance for learning facilities for DTA Al-Mubtadi'in and strengthening of sports facilities in the environment of Puri Telukjambe (Block B).

Yahdi Lil Ihsan, Coordinator of Corporate Communication & TJSL PERURI, in his speech emphasized the importance of synergy between the company and the surrounding community.

"As a company that has an operational center in Karawang, we feel that we have a moral responsibility to grow and develop together with the surrounding community. The progress of PERURI will not be complete if it is not accompanied by the progress of the environment where we stand, especially the education sector as the foundation in the formation of superior human resources," said Yahdi.

He added that this assistance was packaged comprehensively to touch both physical and supporting aspects of creativity.

"Starting from repairing the ceiling so that the class stays dry when it rains, clean water sanitation, to supporting tools such as printers and educational toys. We believe that learning is not just about books, but about the atmosphere. With a safe and comfortable environment, the process of transferring knowledge from teachers to students will be more optimal. This is our real investment for a better Indonesia in the future," he said.

In line with this, the Chairman of the Puri Artha Foundation, Suhadak Bahariawan, expressed deep appreciation for PERURI's concern for schools in its neighborhood.

"We are very grateful to PERURI for its extraordinary attention. This assistance touches the basic needs of our students, from children in KB to SMP and DTA levels. Infrastructure improvements such as sanitation and ceilings are very important for the comfort of children's learning every day. This support motivates us to continue to provide the best educational services for the community in Telukjambe and its surroundings," said Suhadak.

This program is part of the social pillar of TJSL PERURI which focuses on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially on the point of Quality Education. Through the provision of decent educational facilities, PERURI hopes to help produce a generation of smart, creative, and competitive Karawang youth.
