Expand Network, Suzuki Officially Opens 5 3S Dealers in Several Cities
JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) continues to get closer to consumers by officially opening new 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Part) dealers in five points, including in Depok West Java. This strategic step is part of expanding services to accommodate the community's needs for two-wheeled transportation in the region. 2W Sales & Marketing Department Head PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), Teuku Agha, said the high activity of using motorcycles indicates the need for transportation facilities to after-sales services. "This reason strengthens Suzuki's action to expand dealers to accommodate the provision of new units, maintenance to the sale of spare parts. Our presence will focus on ensuring consumers get the best, fast, and affordable service," he said, in an official statement received, Thursday, April 23.
In total, there are five new dealer points in Solo (Central Java), Depok and Tambun (West Java), Surabaya (East Java), and Cakung (DKI Jakarta). Referring to the data of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the number of motorcycles recorded growth during the period 2024-2025, including West Java which grew 3.91 percent, Central Java 3.57 percent, East Java 3.44 percent, and DKI Jakarta 2.28 percent. This trend shows that people's mobility is increasingly active, especially around urban areas and buffers as centers of work activities, education, and business. Suzuki dealers in the five points present integrated services including sales, service, to the availability of spare parts in one location. All services are supported by global certified mechanics and technicians through the Suzuki Service Qualification System (SSQS), as well as equipped with modern equipment and diagnostic systems such as the Suzuki Diagnostic System II (SDS II) to ensure the quality of maintenance remains optimal. Dealer facilities are also designed to increase customer convenience, including showroom areas for more informative purchasing processes as well as service waiting rooms to support service efficiency and customer time. Currently, Suzuki motorcycles are supported by 82 official dealers (3S) spread throughout Indonesia. This network continues to be strengthened to ensure consumers have access to services that are closer, faster, and integrated, as well as maintaining the standard of service quality in various regions. "This expansion of the network is a tangible step by Suzuki in increasing consumer confidence to choose Suzuki motorcycle products. This step is also Suzuki's commitment to provide the best service to consumers in Indonesia," concluded Agha.
