Suki Waterhouse Announces Details of Third Album "Loveland"

JAKARTA - British indie-pop songwriter Suki Waterhouse has officially announced the details of her third studio album titled "Loveland".

The album, which fans have been eagerly awaiting, is scheduled to be released to the public on July 10 via the label Island Records - marking a new chapter in his musical career after previously being under Sub Pop Records.

This move follows the success of the album's opening single, "Back in Love", which was released last month.

Not wanting to keep fans waiting long, Waterhouse has also confirmed that he will release another single titled "Tiny Raisin" this Friday.

Overall, "Loveland" will summarize 14 songs worked on by Waterhouse with a row of well-known collaborators such as Amy Allen, Aaron Dessner from The National, Joel Little, Dan Wilson, Jules Apollinaire, and Natalie Findlay.

In an official statement, Robert Pattinson's lover said that this album is a space for reflection on his personal evolution. Waterhouse delves into the emotional transition he felt, especially after the arrival of his first daughter who was born in early 2024.

"'Loveland' for me is living in the distance between my past self who felt mostly in romance, fantasy, and momentum, to my current self who is reaching for something more stable, more intimate, and more real," Waterhouse said in his statement, quoted by Variety, Wednesday, April 22.

"The achievement is deeper because of the role as a mother, and by the strange feeling of being someone new while still carrying the shape of who you were before," he continued.

The arrival of "Loveland" comes just a short distance from the 2024-released "Memoir of a Sparklemuffin" album, which received critical acclaim, and his debut album "I Can't Let Go" in 2022.

In addition to being productive in the world of vocal music, the star of the series Daisy Jones & the Six also continues to strengthen his existence in the world of acting.

To promote his latest work, Waterhouse is scheduled to perform at the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago this summer.

His stage track record is no joke, where he previously opened for Taylor Swift's giant tour, The Eras Tour, and collaborated with musicians such as Laufey and Father John Misty.
