DKI Rekrut 1.000 Sopir Mikrotrans, Pendaftaran Dibuka Gratis

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government together with the National Zakat Agency (Baznas) / Bazis DKI opened the registration for the second phase of the 1,000 Microtrans drivers program.

"This second phase of the 1,000 Microtrans Crew Program is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to providing a wider empowerment space for the community," said Head of the Collection of Baznas (Bazis) for DKI Jakarta Province Ahmad Sholih in Jakarta, Wednesday, April 22.

This program is one of the strategic efforts in strengthening community empowerment through capacity and competence improvement in the public transportation sector.

Through this program, participants will receive training, coaching, and go through the selection process before having the opportunity to join as a Mikrotrans driver in the Jakarta public transportation service ecosystem.

According to him, the briefing process is carried out comprehensively through training, coaching, and standardized selection, so that it is expected that the selected participants will not only be technically ready to drive, but also have high discipline, responsibility, and work ethic as part of public transportation services.

"This is a long-term social investment to improve the quality of human resources in Jakarta," said Sholih.

In addition, collaboration between local governments, zakat management institutions, and public transportation operators is key in creating an inclusive work ecosystem, as well as opening wider access to employment opportunities for the community.

This program is open to both men and women aged 22 to 45 years old who have a DKI Jakarta ID card, a minimum of a high school education or equivalent, have an active A driver's license or higher, and have a minimum of one year of driving experience in a manual transmission vehicle.

Participants are also required to follow all the selection and training series until completion. Registration is done online and is free of charge with a deadline of April 25, 2026 through the link s.id/pramudibazis2.

Through this collaboration program, Sholih hopes that more people will be able to improve their quality through training, as well as gain access to decent and sustainable job opportunities.

This program is also expected to be able to expand community participation in the public transportation system, support the realization of professional, modern transportation services, and have a positive impact on the lives of the community at large.
