Seskab Teddy Gives Direction to Level III: Don't Just Find Problems, but Find Solutions

JAKARTA - Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya emphasized the importance of fast, accurate, and solutive performance to Cabinet Secretariat (Setkab) employees, especially the IIId echelon in the briefing at the Setkab office.

"Don't just find problems, because we have known the problem for a long time, but find solutions to the problem," said Teddy as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, April 21.

In his instructions, Teddy said the Setkab has a strategic role as a "kitchen" for the government that supports the decision-making process at the leadership level.

This role, according to him, requires every employee to be able to work responsively and make a real contribution to solving various government issues.

He also emphasized that the main task of employees is to convey suggestions, input, and information needed by leaders.

The delivery of this information must be carried out quickly and accurately, whether requested or not, to ensure the smooth process of policy making.

The guidance is specifically aimed at level III employees as an important part of the bureaucratic structure that plays a role in processing and delivering strategic information.
