XPORIA 2026 Becomes the Stage for Bank Jakarta's Transformation, Targeting the Role of Economic Orchestrator 

JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta held XPORIA 2026 at the DKI Jakarta City Hall on April 20-23, 2026. This event is not just an exhibition, but is part of Bank Jakarta's transformation strategy to take a broader role in driving the capital's economic ecosystem.

Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said that XPORIA was designed as a space for interaction between business actors and customers, as well as introducing a new direction for regional banking business.

"This is not just an exhibition, but an experience space. We want people not only to see, but also to feel the various flagship products directly," said Agus, Tuesday, April 21.

According to Agus, the role of banks is no longer limited to financial service providers. Banks are required to provide experience and added value for customers, including by connecting various economic sectors in one ecosystem.

"Bank Jakarta continues to move to transform, from what was previously known as a regional bank, into a bank that is able to orchestrate the economy in Jakarta," he said.

He said this step was in line with the agreement at the Regional Development Bank Association (Asbanda), where Bank Jakarta currently serves as chairman. In the forum, regional banks were encouraged to play a key role in driving the economy in their respective regions.

"Regional banks in the future must become economic orchestrators in their regions, not just financial institutions," continued Agus.

Through XPORIA 2026, Bank Jakarta tries to bring merchants and customers together in one integrated space with the support of digital technology. Transactions are expected to take place more easily and efficiently.

Agus assessed that Jakarta's position as the national economic center makes every transaction activity have a wide impact, so it requires the role of an institution that is able to bridge various economic interests.

"Jakarta is not an ordinary city, but the national economic center. Every transaction here has a big effect. This is where Bank Jakarta is present, not only as a transaction actor, but as a connector in the economic ecosystem," said Agus.

In addition to presenting tenants from the culinary to lifestyle sectors, this activity also encourages the use of Bank Jakarta's digital services such as JakOne Mobile and Visa debit cards to facilitate transactions during the event.

Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi added that XPORIA is expected to strengthen the involvement between Bank Jakarta and customers and business actors.

"Through Jakarta XPORIA 2026, we want to present an experience that is not only transactional, but also strengthens the engagement between Bank Jakarta with customers and the community," concluded Arie.
