Minister of Human Rights Minta Hakim Andrie Yunus Adili Case to be Judged with Transparency
JAKARTA - Human Rights Minister (HAM) Natalius Pigai asked judges and military oditur who handled the case of water spraying against Andrie Yunus, to work transparently and prioritize the principle of justice.
"I ask that the military and judges really open themselves transparently to the public so that they can follow the developments carefully," said Pigai as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, April 20.
According to Pigai, this is in line with President Prabowo Subianto's order to complete and resolve the case fairly.
Pigai admitted that from the beginning his party had delivered the harshest criticism of this case.
According to him, the act of spraying hard water was a gangster act that must be taken action on because it threatened all aspects of people's rights.
