Kaltara Provincial Government Emphasizes Quick Response to Citizen Complaints
TANJUNG SELOR - The North Kalimantan Provincial Government (Pemprov) continues to strive to improve the quality of public services and the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), especially following up on every complaint from the community quickly and thoroughly.
This was conveyed by the Regional Secretary of the Province (Sekprov) of North Maluku, Denny Harianto during the morning appeal in the environment of the North Maluku Provincial Government at the Agatis field, Monday, April 20.
Denny emphasized that all regional devices must be responsive to public reports so that they can be handled optimally.
"I also remind the global conditions, such as the economy and geopolitics, also have an impact in the region," said Denny.
"The increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM), will also affect various sectors, ranging from regional budgets to community conditions," he continued.
Regarding this, Denny asked ASN to be wise in using state facilities, especially official vehicles outside operating hours.
"I ask ASN to use official vehicles wisely and according to the rules," he concluded.
He also reminded 38 officials at the second echelon to take the competency test, as well as the implementation of performance evaluation for 3 Senior Management (JPT) Pratama in accordance with applicable regulations.
