Paid Rp50 Thousand Per Day, Hard Drug Store Guard Was Arrested by the Police

SEMARANG - The Central Java Regional Police Narcotics Division has dismantled the circulation of dangerous drugs of the type Yarindo, Tramadol, and Trihexyphenidyl in Karanganyar. Two perpetrators were secured from different locations after the case was developed.

The first perpetrator, GS (24), was arrested at a shop in Jalan Gatot Subroto, Tasikmadu. He acted as a guard and seller with a wage of only Rp. 50 thousand per day.

From the hands of GS, the police confiscated 140 pieces of Yarindo, 16 pieces of Tramadol, 17 pieces of Trihexyphenidyl, a cellphone, and cash of Rp. 100 thousand from the sale.

The development led to the second perpetrator, MI (29), who was arrested in a boarding house in Tegalgede. MI acted as a goods controller with a salary of Rp. 1.5 million per month plus accommodation facilities.

From MI, the police secured 1,160 pieces of Yarindo, 280 pieces of Tramadol, 26 pieces of Trihexyphenidyl, plastic clips, and two cellphones.

Both of them admitted that the goods were obtained from a supplier with the initials MU who is now a DPO, with a deposit system at certain points.

Both perpetrators are charged with the Health Law with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison and a fine of up to Rp5 billion. The police are still hunting down the main suppliers and developing the network.
