Women Empowerment is the Mission Behind Scarlett Beauty Impact
JAKARTA - Since its official establishment in 2017, Scarlett has confirmed its position not only as a leading local beauty brand in Indonesia, but also as a social change agent focused on the advancement of women.
Through the large umbrella of Scarlett Beauty Impact (SBI), the brand, which has now expanded into professional services through Scarlett Skin Clinic+, carries out a long-term mission that focuses on two main pillars, namely Women's Empowerment & Progression and Livelihood & Community Enhancement.
This initiative is designed to provide access to education, health services, and skills training that allows Indonesian women to celebrate their unique beauty while reaching their full potential.
One of the tangible manifestations of this empowerment commitment is reflected in the flagship program Umroh Bareng Scarlett which in 2026 has entered its fifth year of implementation.
Since its first launch in 2022, this social program has sent hundreds of beneficiaries to the holy land, with statistical data showing that 85 percent of the total beneficiaries are women.
This program is not only a religious journey, but also a space for appreciation for inspiring figures who have a strong positive impact (beauty impact) on the surrounding environment.
Regarding this big mission, Felicya Angelista as Co-Founder of Scarlett emphasized the company's dedication to the wider community.
"Since its inception, Scarlett has been committed to providing real benefits to the community. This commitment is realized through various programs, including the Ramadan program which is an annual agenda to continue to be present and share in the holy month. To strengthen the impact of each initiative, Scarlett partnered with the inspiring figure of Zaskia Adya Mecca as Scarlett Beauty Impact Advocate.
His role is crucial, ranging from actively participating in designing future social activities, providing strategic input, to directly accompanying the winners of Umroh Bareng Scarlett to ensure that their spiritual experience becomes more meaningful.
Zaskia Adya Mecca gave her views on the sustainability of this program by stating,
"During my involvement in various Scarlett Beauty Impact initiatives, I saw how each program was designed with a long-term vision. This is not just about sharing moments at a certain time, but about building a legacy of concern that can be felt by the next generation, which grows through participation and shared concern. In addition to individual empowerment, Scarlett also pays attention to the collective welfare of the community through the Scarlett Food Truck program.
This initiative, which has been running consistently since 2024, focuses on distributing food packages in the Jabodetabek area, with the main target of alleviating the burden of life for pre-prosperous people, especially women.

This is an open collaboration platform that brings together communities, partners, and individuals to share ideas in creating a wider social program.
