PTPP Emphasizes Readiness to Implement BP BUMN and Danantara Directives in Accelerating the Restructuring of BUMN Karya

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) stated its commitment to support and implement the direction of the State-Owned Enterprise Management Agency (BP BUMN) together with Danantara in accelerating the restructuring steps of BUMN Karya to increase competitiveness and strengthen its contribution to the national economy.

The commitment was conveyed following a meeting led by the Head of BP BUMN and Danantara COO, Dony Oskaria, together with the BUMN Karya Board of Directors, which discussed strategic steps to accelerate the transformation and recovery of the company's performance.

PTPP management considers that the restructuring steps initiated by BP BUMN and Danantara are important efforts in strengthening the foundation of the national construction industry to be healthier, transparent, accountable, and have strong competitiveness in the midst of industry dynamics.

As part of BUMN Karya, PTPP is ready to implement various strategic directions which include improving the quality of financial reports which are more realistic and credible, increasing compliance with regulations, and strengthening the principle of transparency in all operational lines of the company.

PTPP also continues to encourage the strengthening of corporate governance (good corporate governance) and the continuous improvement of financial performance. This step is in line with the restructuring efforts aimed at building a stronger company fundamentals, increasing the trust of stakeholders, and strengthening the Company's competitiveness.
