RSJPD Harapan Kita - Tokushukai reaches topping off, PTPP presents high-tech Smart Hospital

JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a national construction and investment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, together with its operating cooperation partners have successfully achieved an important milestone through the implementation of the topping off ceremony for the construction of the Harapan Kita - Tokushukai Building RSJPD. This achievement marks the completion of the main structure of the building as part of the development of an international-standard cardiac health service facility.

The event was also attended by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Budi Gunadi Sadikin, representatives of the Japanese Embassy in Indonesia, Chairman of Tokushukai Medical Corporation Shinichi Higashiue, and the President Director of RSJPD Harapan Kita Iwan Dakota, President Director of PTPP and his staff.

On this occasion, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Budi Gunadi Sadikin, emphasized that this project is an important part of efforts to improve national cardiac health services through international collaboration. He said that the strengthening of this facility is expected to expand access to high-standard health services for the Indonesian people.

This project with a contract value of IDR 882.51 billion shows positive progress with a realization achievement of 73.2 percent. This success reflects the project's good performance in terms of quality, time, and implementation control.

PTPP Corporate Secretary Joko Raharjo said that this topping off achievement is proof of PTPP's commitment to presenting high-quality projects that prioritize safety, quality, and timeliness.

"PTPP is committed to continue to provide international standard health infrastructure with the application of modern construction technology and strict project control. The achievement of topping off is a tangible proof of the hard work of the entire team in maintaining quality and implementation time," he said.

As a contractor, PTPP is committed to presenting the best construction quality by prioritizing safety, quality, and timeliness in every stage of construction. This project is targeted to be completed soon and make a real contribution to improving heart and vascular health services in Indonesia.

RSJPD Harapan Kita - Tokushukai Building is also designed as a smart hospital with various technological advantages, including integrated control and monitoring systems in one dashboard, integration with Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), real-time patient monitoring based on Internet of Things (IoT), and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the security system.

In addition, this project also implements automation in non-medical processes to the operating room to ensure optimal efficiency and sterilization standards.

Through strategic collaboration between various parties, this project is expected to become a symbol of synergy and mutual commitment in presenting modern, superior, and international standard health facilities. On this occasion, Tokushukai Medical Corporation Project Director, dr.
