Neneng Wulandari and Ardit Erwandha's Story Become a Couple in the Film "I Choose the Sky Route"

JAKARTA - Comedians Neneng Wulandari and Ardit Erwandha are involved in the film Kupilih Jalur Langit. The two, known as stand-up comedians who have become actors.

Through this film, the two play a couple. Both actors compactly explain the comedy side brought up casually because they have known each other for a long time.

"If Neneng and Ardit are in the scene "lah loh loh" because Ardit is Neneng's comedy consultant from 2018... 2019, so Neneng can't imagine that Ardit can be a partner because he is so cool. So he bullies Neneng in the community," said Neneng Wulandari in a press conference in South Jakarta on Wednesday, April 15.

"So some of the scenes that we both, Neneng, how do you think about Bang Ardit, Mr. Afif, not Ardit Erwandha who likes to send strange TikTok links," he continued.

Ardit Erwandha who plays Ustaz Afif explained that he and Neneng actually became the guardians of comedy in the film Kupilih Jalur Langit. The reason is, their director - Archie Hekagery often wants to add comedy in some serious scenes.

"Actually, for the comedy, it's actually me and Neneng who take care of Archie. Because Archie likes to be funny "add this, this, this, interesting, interesting" like that," added Ardit Erwandha.

"So we're like, 'Archie, this is getting serious again, don't' he wants to do comedy," he said again.

The film Kupilih Jalur Langit tells the story of Amira (Zee Asadel) who married Ustaz Furqon (Emir Mahira) because of her parents' matchmaking. Amira and Furqon who accepted the offer began to live their marriage which was full of ups and downs.

The film Kupilih Jalur Langit will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting April 23, 2026.
