JAKARTA - PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) with a number of agendas, ranging from the 2025 fiscal year performance report, dividend distribution, to changes in the composition of the company's management.
In the meeting, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government was always the main shareholder with a proportion of 72 percent and other shareholders agreed to the restructuring of the Board of Commissioners and Directors, including the President Director of Ancol.
Previously, the President Director of Ancol was held by Winarto. Now, his position has been replaced by Syahmuridan Lubis. Meanwhile, the position of the Director of Ancol is held by Cahyo Satriyo Prakoso, Daniel Nainggolan, Eddy Prastiyo, and Rahmaniar.
Meanwhile, the current composition of the Ancol Board of Commissioners is filled by Irfan Setiaputra as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner, Suharini Eliawati, Lies Hartono, and Sutiyoso as Commissioners, as well as Trisni Puspitaningtyas as Independent Commissioner.
"The AGM approved the change in the composition of the company's board of directors to strengthen the business strategy going forward," said PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Daniel Windriatmoko's Corporate Communication in a statement, Wednesday, April 15.
In addition to the change in management, the GMS also approved the distribution of dividends of Rp26.05 per share with a total value of Rp41.6 billion, or equivalent to 23.13 percent of the current year's net profit.
Throughout 2025, the company recorded business revenue of IDR 1,121 trillion with net profit of IDR 180.19 billion. This performance is claimed to be relatively stable amid the pressure of global economic conditions.
Daniel said that this achievement was supported by a number of efficiency and innovation steps, including the digitization of ticketing services, the improvement of visitor facilities, and the development of thematic content and events.
"In addition, the company is currently at a crucial point, not to survive, but more than that to step into the next phase of transformation," said Daniel.
Changes in visitor behavior are one of the main concerns. Ancol assesses that tourists are now not only looking for destinations, but also a more comprehensive experience.
Therefore, the direction of future development will be focused on increasing the value per visitor, not just the number of visits. In addition, the company also targets the optimization of assets and business ecosystems owned, including the use of data as a basis for decision-making. Ancol also opens up space for collaboration with various parties to strengthen long-term competitiveness.
"This transformation is not only a strategy, but more to instill it as a work culture and human resources with strict discipline for proper execution," said Daniel.
"In the future, there is a new spirit to build Ancol that is more relevant and more impactful for the community, for shareholders and for the future of the city of Jakarta," he added.
