The Cheapest Ticket Price for the 2026 Indonesia Open is Sold for Rp. 40 Thousand

JAKARTA - The organizers of the 2026 Polytron Indonesia Open badminton tournament have released the cheapest ticket price at Rp. 40 thousand and official sales will begin on May 5, 2026.

The Indonesia Open 2026 is scheduled to take place on June 2-7, 2026 at Istora Senayan, Bung Karno Gelora Complex, Jakarta. The organizing committee has prepared three categories of tickets at presale and normal prices.

The Chairman of the Indonesia Open 2026 Implementation Committee, Achmad Budiharto, said that this year's pricing scheme was designed to be more affordable so that the prestigious tournament could be enjoyed by the wider community.

"The tickets we have prepared are really very friendly tickets, which are very burden-free for the pockets of Indonesian badminton fans," said Budiharto in a press conference in Jakarta.

The cheapest ticket price of Rp. 40,000 is Category III presale price which is sold on the first and second days of the tournament on June 2-3, 2026. Meanwhile, on the same day for Category I, the normal price was released at Rp. 150,000.

Furthermore, for the 16-team final round match which will take place on June 4, 2026, ticket prices range from IDR 80,000 to IDR 350,000.

In the quarterfinal round, June 5, 2026, tickets are sold from Rp. 120,000 to Rp. 500,000. Then, the semifinals on June 6, 2026, the price is in the range of Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 750,000. Finally, the final match on June 7, 2026, tickets are priced from Rp. 280,000 to Rp. 850,000.

In addition to daily tickets, the committee also provides a six-day pass package (2-7 June 2026) with prices ranging from IDR 675,000 to IDR 2,400,000 and a three-day package (5-7 June 2026) starting at IDR 575,000 to IDR 1,900,000.

"There is a presale, there is also a regular one, and then there are also those we sell in groups. There are six days at once and there are also the last three days from the quarter finals to the finals," said Budiharto.

Names such as Jonatan Christie, Alwi Farhan, Fajar Alfian, Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, Putri Kusuma Wardani, Febi Setianingrum/Rachel Allessya Rose, Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta, to Nikolaus Joaquin/Raymond Indra will be part of Indonesia's strength in this tournament.

Indonesia has long been fasting from the event. The men's doubles Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo were the last representatives to feel the title in the 2021 edition.
