BAPI Ready to Acquire Nanoland Subsidiary, Manage Assets of IDR 600 Billion

JAKARTA - PT Bhaktiagung Propertindo Tbk (BAPI) is preparing to realize corporate action through the acquisition plan of Nanoland Group (NANO) subsidiaries.

This step is part of the expansion strategy to strengthen the company's business fundamentals.

BAPI's Investment Director, Edi Suyitno said, this action is a continuation of the cooperation that has been established previously.

Through this action, Nanoland will take a role in the long-term management of BAPI's property assets with a value of around IDR 600 billion. This scheme is expected to increase asset productivity while creating more stable income.

"Not only adding to the portfolio, this step also optimizes existing assets," said Edi.

Nanooland is known to have property projects based on green energy and green buildings, which are in line with the trend of sustainable investment.

The implementation of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is considered to be a positive catalyst, especially amid the increasing interest of global institutional investors in sustainable assets.

The synergy of the two entities is projected to drive operational efficiency and strengthen the business structure.

In addition, ESG integration has the potential to increase the attractiveness of BAPI shares in the capital market.

Going forward, the company targets sustainable growth through measured expansion and strategic collaboration to increase value for shareholders.
