API SQ Lubricants Present, Motul Targets Turbo Engine Needs and New Technology

JAKARTA - Motul through PT Motul Indonesia Energy (MIE) as the official distributor in the country introduces the latest line of lubricants that have met the API SQ standard. API SQ standard lubricant products fall into the Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) category.

The SQ API standard itself is the latest performance specification with stricter criteria than the previous generation. Where, it is designed to keep up with the development of today's vehicle engine technology.

This standard improvement is present to answer the needs of modern cars that demand fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance. On the other hand, engine protection remains the main factor in the development of this latest generation of lubricants.

The number of Motul PCMO lines that have now been upgraded includes Multigrade Plus, Multipower Plus, H-Tech 100 Plus, NGEN Hybrid, to Motul 300V. The presence of these products also confirms Motul's readiness to follow the direction of global automotive industry development.

The lubricant series is designed for various types of vehicles, ranging from conventional-engined daily cars, LCGCs, modern MPVs, to SUVs with turbo technology. Meanwhile, Motul 300V is focused on high-performance vehicles and racing needs.
