BigBang Energy Explosion on the Coachella 2026 Stage to Cure Fans' Longing

JAKARTA - BigBang finally returned to their natural place, namely on the stage of a magnificent performance. G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung were the headliners at the first week of Coachella 2026 on Sunday, April 12 at night California time.

This is the first stage of BigBang officially as a group since the hiatus. The group is suspected to be active again to commemorate their 20th anniversary in the music industry.

Without wasting much time, the trio from South Korea immediately 'cooked' the Outdoor Theater stage with their hit singles, Bang Bang Bang and Fantastic Baby. The energy and aura of the stars filled the stage.

The setlist contains the mainstay songs from their catalog presented energetically. However, there are various adjustments made to almost all songs, considering that now they are left with three members.

Songs from the album MADE are still a strong attraction such as Sober, Loser and We Like 2 Party. Classic numbers such as Lies, Good Boy to Haru Haru are also no less inviting.

In the middle of the set, one by one the members presented a charming solo performance. Taeyang showed his masculinity with Ringa Linga, followed by G-Dragon captivating with a unique arrangement of the song Power and a collaboration through Good Boy.

Surprisingly, Daesung's action brought a trot song for his solo session. Hando Chogua, a song that is so popular in Korea for the first time was sung on the Coachella 2026 stage.

At the end of the set, BigBang sang Still Life, the last single released with Choi Seunghyun alias T.O.P. In this song, the audience and fans were hysterical because T.O.P's rap part could be heard clearly as a form of BigBang's tribute to the former member.

Next week G-Dragon et al will perform once again at Coachella on April 19. The return of the K-Pop king is one of the main highlights of this year's first week of Coachella.
