Angry, Ery Makmur Sprayed Content Creator Steven Wongso: Lu Jokes are Ugly!
JAKARTA - Actor and comedian Ery Makmur expressed his frustration with content creator Steven Wongso. This was triggered by Steven's upload which was considered insulting to people with a chubby or fat body by equating them with animals.
Through his latest upload, Ery Makmur showed a video clip of Steven Wongso who bluntly uttered offensive words. In the video, Steven Wongso said that fat people are lower than dogs.
"For me, all fat people are a **** g. Even you fat people are lower than a **** g," said Steven Wongso in a video clip re-uploaded by Ery Makmur, quoted by VOI, Monday, April 13.
Ery Makmur regretted the narrative built by Steven Wongso. According to the film actor Kapal Goyang Kapten, there are many factors that cause a person to be obese, and equating it with animals is an unsympathetic act.
"Bringing the original form of a dog and making a fat person look like a dog, they have no conscience," said Ery Makmur.
Although in another video Steven Wongso argued that he was also fat and was trying to diet, Ery judged that the reason was just a way to seek public attention to increase the number of viewers (views).
"The point is that he wants to talk in the third video. He wants to talk if he is fat again and he feels like a dog. He is looking for a crowd of people so that his view goes up with people's views," continued Ery.
Ery Makmur also questioned the effectiveness of the "motivation" method carried out by Steven Wongso. He challenged the content creator to prove whether the insults he threw really could motivate people to change or vice versa.
"What have you done to make these fat people motivated and do you know how to get out of obesity? Let's get the data, get the facts, how many are motivated," he challenged.
Angry because his short messages (DM) and comments were not answered, Ery Makmur invited Steven Wongso to meet in person to solve this problem.
Closing his statement, Ery gave a harsh criticism of Steven Wongso's style of presentation which may be considered a joke by the content creator.
"And if you say this is just a joke, you're a bad joke. Selekettap!" concluded Ery Makmur.
Until this news was released, there was no official response from Steven Wongso regarding the invitation for a meeting or the criticism that was made by Ery Makmur.
