Honor 600 Series Gets Tougher: 200MP Camera, Jumbo Battery, Ready for Duel in Premium Class

Jakarta - Ahead of its global launch on April 23, the latest line from Honor, the Honor 600 and Honor 600 Pro, has begun to emerge. Complete specification leaks to design renders show Honor's big ambitions to move up in the premium segment.

Both models are said to feature a 6.57-inch screen with a resolution of 2728 x 1264 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device also immediately runs Android 16 based on MagicOS 10 - indicating Honor's focus on the latest software experience.

Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 vs 8 Elite

For performance, the Honor 600 is expected to use the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with 8GB RAM. Meanwhile, the Pro version will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and up to 12GB RAM.

This combination makes the Honor 600 a strong contender in the mid-range class, while the Pro variant targets users who need flagship performance.

200MP Camera as the Main Weapon

In the camera sector, both are rumored to carry a 200MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), accompanied by an ultra-wide 12MP camera and a 50MP front camera.

The Pro version gets an additional upgrade in the form of a 50MP telephoto camera with hardware stabilization and zoom capabilities - features that are usually only present in the high-end.

Battery Can Reach 9.000mAh

One of the most eye-catching is the battery capacity. For the European market, both devices are predicted to carry a 6,400mAh battery. However, the Chinese version can reach 9,000mAh - a figure that almost touches the tablet level.

Charging is also quite aggressive, with 60W for the standard model and 80W for the Pro variant.

Wi-Fi 7 to IP68

Honor seems to be going all out. Other features that have been leaked include Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth up to version 6.0, NFC, IR blaster, in-screen fingerprint sensor, as well as IP68 water and dust resistance certification.

The design is said to use a metal frame with color options such as black, orange, and golden white.

In terms of price, the Honor 600 is expected to start from 400 euros (about Rp7 million), while the Pro variant can reach 630 euros.

With a combination of high specs and aggressive pricing, Honor is clearly preparing for "subtle disruption" - not the most expensive scream, but quietly the most worth it.

If all of these leaks are accurate, April 23 could be the day when Honor officially steps into the ring... and other brands have to be ready for a more serious sparring.
