"I want residents on Talise Island to have the same access and opportunity to progress as residents in other areas. ," he said. The PDI-P politician assessed that North Sulawesi and North Minahasa Regency were extensions of the central government, which must always be present in the community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. "I will convey it to the Governor and Regent so that there is a solution, so that all have the same opportunity to progress and develop," said Puan.
Meanwhile, North Sulawesi Governor Olly Dondokambey welcomed Puan's arrival to Talise Island. He also stated that the local government continues to strive to meet the expectations of all citizens. "Regarding the vaccine, there has been communication with Mrs. Puan and Commission IX of the DPR RI to fulfill our electricity needs. We are working on generators from PLN," he said.
Olly explained that road construction has also been budgeted for, and the construction of schools will be completed.
