Route B11 Back to Summarecon Bekasi, Transjakarta Stop Transfer Track

JAKARTA - PT Transjakarta has again normalized the B11 route service (Summarecon Bekasi-Cawang) by operating the stop again to the Summarecon Bekasi area starting Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Previously, since February 7, 2026, the route did not serve until Summarecon Bekasi due to road repair work in the area. During that time, the B11 track was temporarily adjusted.

Head of the Transjakarta Public Relations and CSR Department, Ayu Wardhani, said that the change in services had a direct impact on customer travel patterns, especially those who were active in the Bekasi area.

"Customers who want to go to or from the Summarecon Bekasi area need to continue their journey using other modes to the nearest stop point on the West Bekasi Toll Road to access the B11 service again," said Ayu in his statement, Sunday, April 12.

During the adjustment period, Transjakarta also received various inputs from service users. The evaluation then became the basis for returning the route after the road work was declared complete.

With the reopening of the full track to Summarecon Bekasi, the B11 service is expected to make it easier for residents' daily mobility, especially commuters who rely on Bekasi-Jakarta connectivity.

"We are committed to continuing to provide safe, comfortable, and integrated services for customers. With the return of this service, it is hoped that community mobility, especially in the Bekasi area, can be more optimal," explained Ayu.

Transjakarta also expressed its appreciation to the parties involved in the completion of the road infrastructure so that the service operations could return to normal.

The B11 route stop point is now fully serving again. For the Cawang direction, it includes Summarecon Bekasi, Mitra Keluarga 1 Hospital, Kayuringin 1, Mega Mall Bekasi, West Toll 2, Jatibening 1, Cawang Pool Taxi, to BNN 2.

Meanwhile, the direction of Bekasi includes BNN 2, Jatibening 2, Kayuringin 2, Mitra Keluarga Hospital 2, Bandar Djakarta Bekasi, until returning to Summarecon Bekasi.
