The COVID-19 Handling Task Force has established a command post at the Bina Madani Islamic Boarding School to support the supervision of activities in the pesantren environment, including ensuring that health protocols are followed by all pesantren residents.

"This Islamic boarding school is temporarily closed. There is no entry and exit activity at this Islamic boarding school. People temporarily inside cannot leave and people outside temporarily cannot enter," continued Bima Arya.

The mayor has assigned Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya (PPJ) to supply food and other basic necessities to the pesantren as long as access to and from the pesantren is closed.
