Red Chili Price Rp83.100/Kg, Chicken Eggs Rp32.550/Kg on Saturday

JAKARTA - The National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) managed by Bank Indonesia recorded food prices on Saturday at 10.10 WIB, the red chili commodity reached Rp83.100 per kilogram (kg), while the chicken egg was Rp32.550 per kg.

Based on data from PIHPS, in addition to red chili and chicken eggs, other national retail traders' food prices were recorded, namely red onions at a price of Rp. 47,350 per kg, garlic Rp. 40,200 per kg.

In addition, low-quality I rice at a price of Rp. 14,500 per kg, low-quality II rice at Rp. 14,550 per kg. Meanwhile, medium-quality I rice at Rp. 16,050 per kg, and medium-quality II rice at a price of Rp. 15,900 per kg.

Super quality I rice at a price of Rp. 17,300 per kg, and super quality II rice Rp. 16,850 per kg.

Furthermore, PIHPS noted that the price of large red chilies reached Rp48,000 per kg, curly red chilies Rp45,600 per kg, and green chilies Rp52,950 per kg.

Then, fresh chicken meat is Rp41,500 per kg, beef quality I is Rp147,650 per kg, beef quality II at a price of Rp137,950 per kg.

The next commodity price, namely premium quality granulated sugar, was recorded at Rp20,150 per kg, local granulated sugar at Rp19,100 per kg.

Meanwhile, bulk cooking oil is priced at Rp20,100 per liter, branded I packaged cooking oil at Rp23,250 per liter, and branded II packaged cooking oil at Rp22,350 per liter.
