P Diddy Calls Wild Party as Freedom of Expression, Requests Sentence to be Reduced

JAKARTA - P Diddy again made a shocking statement regarding his case which is still rolling. Most recently, he and his lawyer said that the freak-off party was a form of freedom of expression and work.

Previously, the trial had ruled that Diddy was sentenced to four years in prison for involvement in trafficking and sexual crimes. However, the rapper was not satisfied, hoping that his sentence would be reduced in the latest trial.

They insist that the freak-off is a conceptual form of performance. For Diddy, this is part of a work of art that cannot be punished.

"Freak-offs and hotel nights are highly choreographed sexual performances involving the use of costumes, role-playing, and stage lighting that are filmed so that Combs and his girlfriends can watch these amateur porn movies later," P Diddy's lawyer quoted The Hollywood Gossip, April 9.

"The production and screening of this type of pornography is protected by the First Amendment," he added.

Judge Miller Baker was skeptical of the view.

"We have two women who were given drugs to participate in this, one of them became an opioid addict, so isn't that a sufficient reason for this sentence?" the judge asked.

Meanwhile, the federal prosecutor confirmed that Combs used violence, threats, and drugs to control the victim in violation of the Mann Act. Therefore, the verdict given to Diddy was considered appropriate.
