Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, Sequel After 6 Years Finally Released

JAKARTA - The phenomenal thriller film Ready or Not in 2019, finally came with its sequel. Unexpectedly, this film became a franchise that was eagerly awaited by the audience, especially film fans.

Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, the focus of the story is now not only on Grace played by Samara Weaving, but her sister, Faith (Kathryn Newton).

"We found the same thing funny and made a joke out of something we knew we had in common. That hasn't changed," Tyler Gillett said, launching Variety.

His second film is said to not only focus on the thriller side but also highlight the humorous side that reminds the audience of his first film.

Ready or Not 2: Here I Come tells the story of Grace who managed to pass the Le Domas ritual. He met Faith, his younger sister whom he met for the first time since Faith went to college.

On the other hand, the six elite families who joined the Council knew of Le Domas' failure. They met at Danforth to design another game by bringing together several members of the family.

In addition to Samara Weaving and Kathryn Newton, the film is also played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, Nestor Carbonell, David Cronenberg, Elijah Wood, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng and others.

The film Ready or Not 2: Here I Come will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting April 15.
