Mensesneg Prasetyo Reveals President Prabowo's Plan to Groundbreaking 21 Hilirisasi Projects

Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto will accelerate the downstream project. According to the Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi, President Prabowo targets the laying of the first stone or groundbreaking 21 downstream projects in April 2026.

These projects are part of a series of strategic government programs prepared to strengthen the industrial sector while encouraging national economic growth.

This was conveyed by Mensesneg Prasetyo Hadi at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 8. At the same time, the government will also carry out groundbreaking for 29 Waste to Energy (WtE) or Waste Processing into Electricity (PSEL) projects in various districts/cities.

Furthermore, the government will continue to accelerate various industrialization and other downstream programs. Prasetyo emphasized that the government is currently focusing on executing various development programs that have been planned in the Government Work Plan (RKP), National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJP), and National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN).
