Russia Attacks NATO Drone Cargo Port in Ukraine
JAKARTA - The Russian armed forces attacked the port where NATO combat drones were unloaded in the Odessa region, Ukraine.
RIA Novosti reported that the attack was carried out on Wednesday, April 8, specifically at the Izmail Port.
"According to the information received, the attack occurred <...> during active loading and unloading operations. A ship arrived with a shipment of NATO standard military equipment and UAVs," said the coordinator of the pro-Russian underground network in Mykolaiv (Nikolaev), Sergei Lebedev.
According to Lebedev, this operation is in response to the Ukrainian armed forces' attacks on civilians and Russian troops.
He added that Russia also regularly attacks locations that house personnel, equipment, and mercenaries, as well as Ukrainian infrastructure, including energy facilities, defense industrial facilities, military command and control facilities, and communications facilities.
