Israel Attacks Lebanon After Trump Signs Ceasefire with Iran
JAKARTA - The Israeli military or IDF issued a warning to Lebanese civilians to immediately evacuate amid the ceasefire agreement that US President Donald Trump just announced.
The warning was targeted at Lebanese civilians in the city of Tyre before the Israeli military carried out a bombing in the area.
"Urgent and repeated warnings to the citizens of the city of Tyre, especially in Shibriha (Al-Abbasiyya)," said IDF spokesman Avichaya Adraee, Wednesday, April 8, quoted from The Telegraph.
Israel has carried out massive air raids on Lebanon since March 2, 2026.
Today, Wednesday, April 8, will explode a number of points in Tyre again under the pretext of eradicating Hezbollah. Israel requires the residents of Tyre to leave their homes and "move north of the Zahrani River area"
"The terrorist activity of Hezbollah forces the IDF to act decisively against it. The IDF does not intend to harm you. For your safety, you must immediately evacuate your home," Adraee said.
The bombing came after Israel said it backed US President Donald Trump's decision to declare a ceasefire, but not in Lebanon.
