Nissan Juke Pulse Edition 2026 Launched with Hybrid Engine Options
JAKARTA - The Pulse Edition was revived after almost a decade since it was first used on the special edition Juke which was produced in 1,500 units. At that time, the model was born from a collaboration between Nissan and French audio specialist Focal, with significant improvements to the sound system compared to the standard Bose version.
Carrying a similar spirit, the 2026 Nissan Juke Pulse Edition now appears with a stronger focus on design and comfort. This model comes with improved interior materials, more distinctive style touches, and additional modern technology features.
One of the most striking updates is the presence of a new Ocean Deep color that strengthens its visual character. In appearance, this crossover is easily recognizable thanks to the 19-inch aerodynamic wheels with Ocean Deep accents, combined with a black roof and mirror covers.
Nissan also added a unique roof graphics inspired by sound waves complete with the writing Pulse, emphasizing the identity of this special edition. Entering the cabin, the expressive feel continues through the use of glossy black inserts and the dominance of dark blue synthetic leather.
The melange fabric material also enriches the appearance, while the bucket seats in the front row give a sporty impression while increasing comfort. The premium impression is further enhanced by the presence of an ambient lighting system and a Bose audio system with a total of 10 speakers.
Reported by Autoevolution, Wednesday, April 8, this technology includes neodymium speakers integrated on the headrest of the front seats, as well as neodymium tweeters in the A-pillar, creating an immersive audio experience.
Not only that, every back door is also equipped with a wide-range speaker to ensure the sound quality remains even for all passengers. In terms of technology, Nissan equips the Juke Pulse Edition with a comprehensive safety package as standard, including a 360-degree Around View Monitor camera system.
Satellite navigation and wireless phone charger features are also available as standard. For the UK market, this model is offered from £27,865 with a 1.0-liter engine and manual transmission, while a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is available as an option.
Nissan UK says the inline three-cylinder engine is capable of producing 114 horsepower and up to 200 Nm of torque. The HR10DDT-coded engine is also used by Dacia and Renault, featuring direct injection technology, an intercooler, an aluminum block, and an undersquare design to provide optimal torque at low revs.
However, the hybrid variant is said to be a more attractive option. In addition to offering about 25 percent more power, this technology also provides better fuel efficiency, especially in urban use.
Nissan UK claims an efficiency increase of up to 40 percent, thanks to a two-motor hybrid system that allows the car to run on electric power in certain conditions. When working at maximum, this system is capable of generating a combined power of up to 143 horsepower and 353 Nm of torque.
