"The victim was found dead after the search efforts entered the third day," said the Field Coordinator of the Mataram SAR Office, Ida Bagus Netra Adnyana, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, April 8.
He said the body of the victim, on behalf of Lisa Pratiwi (25) a resident of Ampenan Otak Village, was found in a river stream about 200 meters from the scene.
The difficult terrain conditions made the evacuation process last until the early hours of the morning, because the position of the victim who was stuck between natural materials became the main obstacle in the field.
"The victim was found in a position pinned by a large rock in the river," he said.
He said, because of this condition, the team in the field must coordinate to use excavators to facilitate the process of evacuating the bodies of the victims from the crush of rocks.

This SAR operation involves close coordination between various parties consisting of personnel from the Mataram City Police, Koramil Gunung Sari, BPBD West Lombok, the Bhayangkara Hospital Medical Team, volunteer village devices and local people.
"We express our appreciation and gratitude to all elements involved in this SAR operation. We urge the public to always be vigilant when carrying out activities in river areas, especially when the weather is cloudy and extreme," he said.
Previously, the incident began when the victim was traveling with friends on Sunday, April 5. However, unfortunately, the victim was swept away by the river current on the way to the tourist spot.
After receiving the report, the Mataram SAR Office rescue team was immediately dispatched to the location to search for the victim by following the river flow.
