Meghan Markle Shares Easter Moments of Her Two Children
Meghan Markle shared the atmosphere of the Easter celebration with Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, through a number of videos on Instagram on Sunday, April 5.
In the upload, as reported by People, Monday, April 6, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4, were seen going on an Easter egg hunt in an open area while carrying baskets. In one of the clips, the two ran over the grass side by side. Lilibet was wearing rabbit ears, while in another clip they were walking on a stone path in the garden carrying baskets filled with snacks and trinkets, accompanied by a dog.
Another video shows Lilibet walking barefoot on the grass while wearing a pink floral dress and carrying two dolls. In a separate clip, Archie is seen decorating eggs with a spinning tool called The Dinomazing Egg Decorator.
Meghan also shared a moment when the family's pet chickens were given a treat of fresh lettuce. She gave a brief caption to her post, "Happy Easter!"
Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44, moved to California in 2020 after stepping down from their royal roles in the UK. Since then, the two have raised their children largely away from the public eye.
On Easter in April 2025, Meghan also uploaded a video about an unexpected visit from a duck mother and her children to their home. At that time, reported by People, he wrote, "Wishing you a Happy Easter full of love.... and surprises!"
Meanwhile, the British royal family on Sunday gathered to follow the tradition of the Easter Matins Service at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. Although Meghan and Harry married in the chapel in May 2018, Meghan has never attended a royal family activity to the church at Easter.
In 2018, Easter fell a few weeks before their wedding so the couple chose not to attend. A year later, Meghan was also absent because she was pregnant with Archie, who was born on May 6. At that time, Harry attended the Easter service alone at St. George's Chapel.
