Trump Threatens Iran to Become the Hell of the World, US Senate: Like a Mad Person on Social Media

Legislator on Capitol Hill, Chuck Schumer, has criticized President Donald Trump's threats and rude remarks that threatened to destroy vital civilian infrastructure in Iran.

Chuck judged Trump as a crazy person who was not sane through social media (medsos) acting as he pleased with harsh words threatening to destroy power plants and bridges in Iran on Sunday.

"The President of the United States is babbling like a crazy person on social media," Chuck said on Monday, April 6, quoted by The Guardian.

The senior Democrat in the US Senate views Trump as having openly intended to commit war crimes in Iran and to alienate US allies.

He assessed that Trump was not worthy of representing the US people on the world stage as a head of state.

"He threatens the possibility of war crimes and alienates allies. This is him, but this is not us. Our country deserves much better," Chuck said.

Trump in his post on the Truth Social social media often said harsh things in expressing his opinions and desires at will, especially since the US-Israel decided on a war against Iran since February 28, 2026.

On Sunday, Trump did it again. With full of harsh words, Trump warned Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz by Tuesday night or the US would destroy Iran's power plants and bridges.

Trump even asserted that he would make Iran like "hell" in the world.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf responded to the threat by saying Trump would take "reckless steps" which would mean an escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.

"The only real solution is to respect the rights of the Iranian people and end this dangerous game," Qalibaf said on his X account.
