Shadow Esports Becomes the Champion of FFNS 2026 Spring in Palembang, Secure Tickets to FFWS SEA
JAKARTA - Shadow Esports officially emerged as the champion of the Free Fire Nusantara Series (FFNS) 2026 Spring tournament in Palembang, after managing to outdo the other 11 teams by winning the Grand Finals.
Shadow Esports locked in the title with Booyah in the 8th game. Using the Champion Rush format, all teams must first collect 80 points to become champions.
After the 80-point requirement was met, the team could only seal the title of tournament champion if they managed to get Booyah in the next round. Shadow Esports locked in the title of champion with Booyah in the 8th game, after collecting 85 points in the previous game.
In total, they collected 109 points throughout the match. Although they lost points to Dewa United Horus who collected 130 points, Shadow Esports became the champion thanks to the Champion Rush scheme.
As the champion, Shadow Esports is entitled to take home the main prize worth Rp. 250 million from a total prize of Rp. 850 million and automatically represent Indonesia as the fifth team in the FFWS SEA 2026 Spring event, following EVOS Divine, Bugetron by Vitality, ONIC Esports, and RRQ Kazu.
The FFNS 2026 Spring series, which began in January 2026, has been attended by more than 42,000 participants through various qualification routes, ranging from City & Regional Qualifiers in 88 cities, Guild War Qualifiers, to Online Qualifiers.
This figure recorded the highest participation record since the first FFNS was held in 2023, an increase of around 28% compared to the 2025 Fall FFNS and around 66% compared to the 2025 Spring FFNS.
The winner of FFNS 2026 Spring will continue the fight to FFWS SEA 2026 Spring, against strong teams from other Southeast Asian countries with dreams of competing in the 2026 Esports World Cup.
