First, he explained, by holding distance learning (PJJ) or hybrid classes, while paying attention to the quality and achievement of learning understood by each study program (prodi) at each campus.

"Because the campus and the faculty know which courses, for example, because of the nature of the insight, can be done in a hybrid way or PJJ. Which courses must be intensive, the calculation of the formula reduction if the students are sleepy, just do it in the classroom," he said.

"Why? Because if we later transform the pattern of work, our effective work culture will ultimately benefit all parties. Much more efficient, the expenditure is more effective," he continued.

Third, said Brian, if all work cultures are running effectively, then the university has the right to arrange to condense the schedule of lecturers on certain days, to leave one day of WFH on the day determined by the campus.

"For lecturers, we actually ask the campus to arrange for lecturers if they can be concentrated on certain days, because sometimes yes, I used to teach Monday only from 9 to 11, from 7 to 9 I didn't teach, from 1 to (the next) I didn't teach again, now while Selasangajarlagi. So just collect it, for example, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, so Friday he doesn't teach, he can work at home.
