Actress Tori Spelling was rushed to the hospital after the car she was driving was involved in an accident in Temecula, California. Spelling's four children and three friends who were in the vehicle were also taken to the hospital after the collision.
People quoted Sunday, April 5, reported that the Riverside County Sheriff's Office on Saturday, April 4, confirmed that officers had visited the accident site on Thursday, April 2, at around 17.45 local time. At the scene, officers found two cars damaged by the collision.
According to TMZ, which first reported the incident, Spelling, 52, was driving a car carrying her four children and three friends when the vehicle was hit by another driver who allegedly sped up and ran a red light.
The sheriff's office said all passengers were checked on site and no arrests were made in the case. However, TMZ reported that Spelling and seven children were then taken to the hospital in three separate ambulances. They are said to have suffered cuts, bruises, bumps, and concussions.
Videos obtained by TMZ also show Spelling talking to officers at the scene. As of Saturday, Spelling's representatives had not responded to People.
