This was conveyed by General Maruli when reviewing the TK II 03.05.01 Dustira Hospital, Cimahi, Wednesday (1/4) to ensure optimal health services for soldiers, TNI AD civil servants, families and the general public.
Kasad General Maruli emphasized that health services are one of the main priorities of the TNI AD because they are directly related to the readiness of soldiers and the welfare of the Army's large family.
"TNI AD health facilities must be able to provide fast, accurate, and professional services. This is part of our efforts to maintain the readiness of soldiers," said Kasad, quoting Dispenad (2/4) statements.
Furthermore, Kasad explained, Dustira Hospital has a strategic role because it not only serves soldiers and the TNI AD family, but also the general public.
Therefore, the quality of service, completeness of facilities, and hospital standards must continue to be improved.
"We support innovation and renovation to improve health services for soldiers, their families, and the community. Hospitals must also meet infrastructure and service standards, if necessary, do a benchmarking study abroad," said the senior officer of the 1992 Military Academy.
During the visit, Kasad received an exposure from Karumkit TK II Dustira Colonel Ckm dr. In addition to receiving exposure, Kasad also reviewed a number of facilities, including inpatient rooms and other supporting facilities. Kasad also had a direct dialogue with health workers and patients to get a real picture of the services provided by the hospital.
Kasad on this occasion appreciated the dedication of the health workers at Dustira Hospital who have always provided the best service.
However, he emphasized that quality improvement should be carried out continuously, both in terms of human resources, facilities, and service systems that are adaptive to the development of needs and technology.
