MBG Buffet in Cianjur, Sppg Ready to Tour Schools Every Week

Cianjur - The Free Nutritional Meal (MBG) program started again after the Lebaran holiday. The Nagrak 2 Cianjur Nutrition Service and Fulfillment Unit (SPPG) held MBG with a buffet concept at SMP Negeri 1 Cianjur, Tuesday, March 31.

Head of SPPG Nagrak 2, Aldy Rizaldy, explained that this buffet concept was introduced as a new experience for beneficiaries, especially in the school environment. This scheme has been implemented since MBG resumed after the Lebaran holiday.

MBG Prasmanan according to Aldy will be carried out alternately in schools, approximately once a week. He added, this rotating mechanism aims to ensure that all beneficiaries can experience the same experience evenly.

At SMP Negeri 1 Cianjur, the number of beneficiaries reached 1,417 portions consisting of students and educators. Various menus are served in the MBG buffet, ranging from white rice, betutu chicken, puffer fish, capcay, to cut fruit.

All dishes are processed according to the nutritional standards set. Meanwhile, the use of ompreng is still carried out to support practical and hygienic distribution.
