Blora Regent Removes Acting Secretary of the State who Used Government Car During Eid

Blora - Blora Regent Arief Rohman has dismissed Agus Listiyono who previously served as Acting Secretary of the Council (Sekwan) of the Blora DPRD, Central Java, for using a government car for personal purposes outside the area during Lebaran.

"The change is carried out as a form of firmness from the local government so that state facilities are not misused," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, April 1.

Pt sekwan was replaced because the decree had been signed, while the replacement was Assistant III, so it was effective as of April 1, 2026, Agus Listiyono no longer served as Acting Sekwan of the Blora DPRD because he was replaced by Assistant III of the Blora Regency Regional Secretariat.

The decision was made after Agus Listiyono admitted his mistake and apologized to the public regarding the use of a red license plate official car for personal purposes.

In addition to changing the position of the plt sekwan, the Blora Regency Government also gave a letter of reprimand to the person concerned.

"As a form of firmness so that in the future no one will take advantage of state facilities for personal interests, we have also given a letter of reprimand," he said.

The Regent said this step was also a reminder for all civil servants (ASN) in the Blora Regency Government to be more careful in using state facilities.

"The person concerned has admitted and apologized. But as a form of commitment to enforce discipline, we will replace his acting position," he said.

Previously, Agus Listiyono admitted that he used a red license plate car with the police number K 28 E to travel outside the area during the Lebaran momentum. Then his party apologized to the public for his actions.

The use of the official car occurred on March 21, 2026. In the morning around 10.00 WIB, it was used to visit the residence of Blora Regent Arief Rohman. Around 11.00 WIB, his party continued on to his parents' house in Kunduran District, Blora Regency.

In the afternoon at around 15.30 WIB, from Kunduran to Sragen Regency to visit his in-laws' house through the Kuwu-Wirosari route in Grobogan Regency.

When the official vehicle passed through the Tangen Highway area, Sragen, the camera and his photo were circulated on social media until they became the public spotlight regarding the compliance of officials with the rules for the use of official vehicles which should be intended for the interests of official duties.

Agus admitted that he knew about the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Circular Letter Number 2 of 2026 concerning the Control and Prevention of Gratification which, among other things, reminded that state facilities should not be used for personal interests. However, his party was less careful in understanding and implementing the rules.

Referring to the Minister of PAN Regulation Number PER/87/M.PAN/8/2005, government operational vehicles are used to support the implementation of core tasks and functions, not for personal interests. In addition, the KPK also reminded the importance of maintaining integrity, especially in the use of state facilities during the holiday period.
