Again, Pertamina reminds the public not to panic buying because there is no change in fuel prices.
JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga announced that there was no change in the price of subsidized and non-subsidized fuels.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary, Roberth MV. Dumatubun said that Pertamina Patra Niaga always implements the Government's policies, including in terms of determining fuel prices. On the other hand, various strategic efforts have also been carried out such as negotiations with suppliers and distribution optimization to ensure that energy availability is maintained for the community.
"We also appeal to the public to use energy wisely according to their needs and not be influenced by information that can trigger panic buying," said Roberth, quoted Wednesday, April 1.
According to him, the use of energy that is economical and responsible is one of the keys to maintaining national energy resilience. Pertamina Patra Niaga also invites the public to work with Pertamina to implement the Government's policy in terms of energy savings through both personal and institutional activities.
In addition, the public is also expected not to be easily influenced by information that cannot be ascertained as true, which has the potential to trigger panic or panic buying. The active participation of the public in maintaining reasonable consumption will greatly help the smooth distribution of energy in the field.
"Through synergy between the Government, the Security Apparatus and the community, it is hoped that the availability of national energy can continue to be maintained optimally to support the activities and economic growth of the Indonesian people," he continued.
Roberth ensured that Pertamina Patra Niaga would also continue to make maximum efforts in dealing with the existing dynamics, by prioritizing the reliability of services and the continuity of national energy distribution.
