PAN Says Gerindra is a Coalition for Life, Dasco: We Also Hope it Lasts

JAKARTA - The Gerindra Party welcomes the statement by PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan who said Gerindra is a coalition for all time. Chairman of the Daily DPP Gerindra, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, said his party also hopes that the coalition relationship between the two parties can last long and last.

"Yes, if you say we have been in coalition for a long time. With the hope that, yes, what Mr. Zul said, yes, we also hope that this will last and yes the coalition will continue to run," said Dasco when attending the PAN National Congress at the PAN DPP office, South Jakarta, Tuesday, March 31.

It is known that the coalition between PAN and Gerindra has been forged for 15 years. During the three presidential elections, PAN has faithfully supported Gerindra's Ketum, Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate.

"And we have also seen evidence that the National Mandate Party is indeed upholding its commitment to support President Prabowo's programs in future programs," continued Dasco, who is also Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian Parliament.

In the PAN National Congress today, Zulhas only invited the Gerindra Party, which was represented by Dasco. Dasco was accompanied by the Special Presidential Envoy, Raffi Ahmad.

Previously, PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan said he only invited Dasco because Gerindra was a close friend of PAN who also helped Prabowo Subianto become president of the Republic of Indonesia.

"We are grateful, because this is what our President has always talked about. Because PAN supports Mr. Prabowo, 15 years. 15 years. Yes, so because of the halal bihalal event of the National Working Meeting, I didn't invite anyone, because this is internal," said Zulkifli Hasan at the PAN DPP Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 31.

"I just invited Mr. Dasco and Raffi Ahmad who are now announcing the Palace Fuel, they will come soon," he continued.

According to Zulhas, Gerindra is part of PAN and will continue to cooperate and form a coalition to support the same presidential candidate, especially the Gerindra Ketum Prabowo Subianto.

"Because if Gerindra we consider it to be part of us. A coalition throughout the ages. Yes, if there are 15 years, the winning period is only five years. The defeats last 15 years," he said.
