Polda Metro Jaya hands over the case of spraying hard water to activists of Kontras to the TNI Puspom

JAKARTA - The Direskrimum of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Iman Imanuddin, said that his party had handed over the case of water spraying against Kontras activist, Andrie Yunus, to the TNI Military Police Center (Puspom).

This was conveyed by Iman in the RDP and RDPU of Commission III of the DPR with the Metro Jaya Police Chief and power of attorney Andrie Yunus at the DPR building, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 31.

"Thank you for the opportunity given to us, Chairman. Please allow us to convey the progress of the investigation we have conducted regarding a legal event that occurred and affected, Brother Andri Yunus," said Iman.

Iman said that after the report of the incident of hard water spraying, the police immediately conducted an investigation and found facts, one of which was related to the perpetrator who was a member of the TNI. So the Polda Metro Jaya handed over the case to the TNI Puspom.

"After we received the report, we then conducted an investigation and from the results of the investigation, after we found the facts, from the results of the investigation, then we can now report to the leadership, the problem has been delegated to the TNI Puspom," said Iman.
