Kemenekraf Soroti Kasus Video Profil Desa di Karo, Siapkan Pedoman Jasa Kreatif
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Creative Economy (Kemenekraf) is seriously considering the case of the procurement of village profile videos in Karo Regency which befell Amsal Sitepu. The government considers this issue to be an important concern in the ecosystem of creative services in Indonesia.
The Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency Teuku Riefky Harsya emphasized that his party respects the legal process currently underway at the Medan District Court.
"The Ministry of Creative Economy respects the ongoing legal process in the Medan District Court while upholding the principle of the presumption of innocence," Riefky said in an official statement, Monday, March 30.
Even so, Riefky explained that the procurement of creative services has different characteristics compared to the procurement of goods in general.
Therefore, continued Riefky, the assessment of the Self-Estimated Price (HPS) in creative services must be carried out objectively and based on an understanding of the creative industry.
"The procurement of creative services has different characteristics when compared to the procurement of goods. The reasonableness of the assessment of the HPS of creative services must be carried out objectively, and based on an understanding of the creative industry," he said.
In an effort to encourage the resolution of problems in the creative economy sector, the Ministry of Creative Economy also opens a space for dialogue for industry players.
"The Ministry of Creative Economy is ready to facilitate a dialogue space for all ekraf activists in resolving ekraf ecosystem problems through public services on the PPID channel," he said.
In addition, Reifky continued, the government is completing special guidelines in the field of creative services by involving various stakeholders, including associations and communities.
"The Ministry of Creative Economy is finalizing guidelines in the field of creative services, involving stakeholders, especially related associations and communities, to serve as a reference to prevent similar problems in the future," said Riefky.
